Recommendation For Us

1. Before the polishing and sealing process, thoroughly pre-clean or wash the vehicle in an alkaline solution (e.g. with Green Star in a dilution of 1:10, do not use sealing shampoos). In the case of coarse soiling such as tree resin, rust, tar, etc., pre-treat with cleaning plasticine, red or blue, tar wash A or similar.
2. Depending on the condition, the lacquer preparation of strongly to moderately weathered lacquers is done mechanically with the coarse sanding polish Heavy Cut or the fine sanding polish Fine Cut. Please refer to the product information of Heavy Cut and Fine Cut for precise processing.
3. The processing of slightly weathered lacquers and the hologram removal after polishing with Heavy Cut or Fine Cut is carried out with the high gloss polish Micro Cut by means of eccentrics with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C). Please refer to the product information of Micro Cut.
4. Remove polish residues completely with Polish and sealing towel.
5. . Wipe all surfaces with a clean Polish and sealing towel soaked in silicone & wax remover or panel preparation spray, using little pressure, and wipe with another new Polish and sealing towel with the second hand immediately before drying. This is the only method to completely remove any tensides, drying aids, oils contained in polishes, etc. and to avoid adhesion problems of the Ceramic Allround C0.02. Caution: For sensitive solid or one-coat paints, silicone & wax remover should be diluted 1:4 with water, preferably distilled water, to avoid possible matting. Lightly polish any residual streaks with another clean Polish and sealing towel without applying pressure.
6. The paintwork should now show a scratch and hologram-free surface under proper lighting. After this step, the paint must not be touched with the palms/fingers (risk of adhesion problems, use gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for Ceramic Allround C0.02.
7.  To apply, place the Application towel over the applicator block. Apply a thourough amount of C0.02 over the Application Towel and spread it quickly on the paintwork, proceeding component by component. Alternatively, the Applikatorblock and the Application Towel can also be used for the job. After applying two cross coats, a thin, closed film of liquid must be visible. Allow the product to flash and then polish off with the
   Coating Towel. Flash off time is dependant on temperature and humidity*. The higher the temperature/humidity, the flash time will be shorter. First remove the excess and then use the fresh side of the towel to buff off in circular movements without applying pressure. Check the result with proper lighting to ensure that it is free of high spots.
